Founded in June, 1990, Shandong Zhaoyuan Wenquan Nonwovens Factory is a private enterprise, which has the advanced production facilities, chiefly producing disposable medical nonwoven products.
Main products: disposable surgical wrap, disposable childbirth wrap, disposable face mask, disposable diaper (for baby, adult and pet), nonwoven bags, disposable drawers, disposable protective clothing, doctors caps and nurses caps, stretcher covers, shoe covers, cotton swabs, disposable gauzes, cavity cloth, disposable apron, breast cloth, disposable CT mattress, disposable underwear and so on. Otherwise, we are willing to product disposable nonwoven products in various sizes according to the customer’s requirements, disposable childbirth wrap including disposable compound mattress, abdominal pad , leg guards, mattress, gloves, face masks, caps, raglan sleeves, delivering clothes, cushion and so on; Surgical wrap wraps including: surgical gowns, doctors cap, face mask, mattress, abdominal pad, leg guard, compound wrap etc.
In 2002, we extended 6600 square meters, and built a new 3000-square-meter workshop according to the first class criterion. Our products are produced strictly according to the YZB/ Lu 0015-2002 standard during production, sterilization, asepsis examination and leaving the factory. We have four pipelines, ensuring the realization of automatic production of mattress, diaper, face mask and caps. Our company smoothly passed the quality system of Shandong product supervision administration in July, 2002. We had been elected as a Yantai Customers’ Satisfactory Company twice from 2002 to 2006. We have already passed ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certification and ISO 13485:2003 International Medical Devices Quality System Certification until 2006. Our products have been far sold to Japan, occident countries and Africa.
